Operating principle

It is subject to conditions and requests of each customer that we will have our engineers to survey on site to design the best safe and security systems with low costs and high efficiency.

With advanced and high technical detectors such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, motion detectors, magnetic contacts, panic contacts, …every action of intrusion, thievery and signals of fire or emergency will be detected immediately and dispatched Alarm Monitoring Center via two-way wireless communication network or phone line.

T&T Alarm Monitoring Center works 24/24, all day-night, so alarming signals immediately received and processed by activating an automatic dial system to dial the provided numbers of the response teams such as T&T response teams, 113 Police, Local Police, Fire police (in case of fire).

As soon as signal received, monitors in our alarm monitoring center will display:

• Contacts of subscriber: Name, address, telephone numbers,…

• Area of signal dispatched: Display map of area and location of signal dispatch.

• Type of alarm signals: Intrusion, fire, emergency,…

• Route-map: Route-map showing routes from alarm monitoring center, 113 Police, Local Police and Fire Police to provided subscriber.

Response teams are located around in the city so in case of alarms received they can immediately arrive at the subscribers to check perimeter to prevent thieves, intrusions, fire or assist in emergency cases.
